How to do it

    Open claude.ai and start a new conversation

    Paste this prompt and fill in your business details: 'I run [your business name and type] in Burnaby BC. My customers are [describe them]. My posting tone is [friendly/professional/casual/fun]. Generate 30 social media post ideas for the next month. Mix it up: include tips related to my business, behind-the-scenes moments, seasonal content, and occasional promotions. For each idea give me the full post text, ready to publish.'

    Review all 30 posts. Delete any that don't feel right. Ask Claude to rewrite any that are close but not quite there.

    Install Postiz on your Mac Mini — the Docker install takes about 15 minutes (docs at docs.postiz.app)

    Connect your social accounts in Postiz: Instagram Business, Facebook Page, Google Business Profile

    Create each approved post in Postiz, add your photo or graphic, and set a publish date

    Space posts out — no more than once per day, aim for Tuesday-Thursday for best engagement

    Click Schedule and you are done for the month

    Instagram scheduling requires a Business or Creator account — a personal Instagram account will not work with Postiz

    Always add your own real photos — AI-written captions paired with your actual food or workplace photos outperform stock images every time

    The first Postiz setup takes about 30 minutes to install and connect accounts. Every month after that is just creating posts.

    If a scheduled post becomes irrelevant (a special ends, something changes), you can edit or delete it in Postiz before it goes live
